Hi everyone! My name is Eugene Housdon and I’m new to Countryside pet clinic in Andover. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant, with an Associate’s degree in applied science in PTA from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I completed my prerequisite course work here in Kansas at Wichita State University with a focus on Exercise Science.

My past work experiences have been working with humans in Physical Therapy in several specializations including a rehabilitation hospital in Kansas, A community hospital in Nebraska, and out-patient clinics in Wyoming. Veterinarian Rehabilitation is a specialty that I have been interested in for a long time.

I have been married for over 10 years to my lovely wife Merrie, and we have four furry children of our own. A Rough Collie name Tucker, Shetland Sheepdog name Daisy, and two gray tabby litter mates Brennan and Booth. My passion for animals has been with me my entire life along with rehabilitation. I have worked in the medical field for over 8 years and one of my absolute favorite hobbies is working with saltwater aquatics and reefs, along with mountain hiking. I am excited to be part of Countryside’s team and I cannot wait to work with you and your pets in the near future.
